Blockchain community India Manali Trip

It is not the incentives but the culture that drives people, Blockchain community India which is an open platform connecting entrepreneurs and technology experts was started when the founder/ Board of Directors felt the social link that connects entrepreneurs to technology should be stronger.

As BCI truly believes in connecting the people and building a culture that drives trust and innovation, it recently took all its partners to a business trip in Manali. The idea was the trip was to create a stronger bond among the members as well as more transparency in the culture. It was a 3days – a weekend trip which was a mix of business discussions and fun activities. 

A trip gave a perfect time for its members to deeply understand the mission of BCI and the future vision of the community. There were various keynote sessions from the Board of directors, tech workshops and seminars on the future of technology to group discussions along with many engaging team-building exercises. BCI team also unveiled its improved version of its website which was appreciated with all the members.

With a cool weather and dramatic mountain slopes, it was one of kind experience for the members. The trip was successful as all the partners now felt connected and empowered and promised to refer more members to join.
